Next Up is CEA’s youth leadership development initiative. Through mentorship, practical activities, and real conversations, young people will build character, discover their voice, resolve conflict, and make thoughtful decisions. Participants will learn to lead themselves, work with others, and serve their communities with confidence and integrity.
