Nadir Rising is CEA's Youth Economic Empowerment Initiative.
It's more than starting a business — it's learning how money and markets really work, how to lead, and how to turn an idea into something real. Young people build the confidence, discipline, knowledge, and ownership mindset to create opportunity — for themselves, their families, and their communities.
From Possibility to Progress
Participants learn how the economy actually works — from business fundamentals to the financial markets — identify problems worth solving, shape raw ideas into plans, and develop the leadership to carry them forward. The goal is bigger than starting a business. Nadir Rising builds young people who understand money, think like owners, lead with character, and solve problems that matter.
- Financial Markets & Money — How markets work, how money moves: earning, saving, budgeting, investing basics, and responsible decisions.
- Business Leadership — Confidence, discipline, communication, decision-making, teamwork, and accountability — the character of someone others follow.
- Idea Development — Spotting problems worth solving, shaping an idea, customer thinking, business planning, and turning thought into action.
- Mentorship — Guidance from adults and business professionals who've done it — encouragement, correction, and real-world wisdom.

Nadir Rising equips young people with practical knowledge of money, financial markets, and business. Participants explore investing fundamentals, develop business ideas, learn how businesses operate, and strengthen their leadership and decision-making skills. Through learning, mentorship, and hands-on experiences, they prepare to create opportunities for themselves and their communities.
